3. Progress Payment Management
We manage contractor and subcontractor progress payment processes in strict compliance with contract conditions, current unit prices, and actual site production. By auditing all critical details such as documenting productions with measurement books and attachments, calculating price differences and escalations, and correctly applying deductions (advances, retentions, etc.), we ensure that payment processes proceed smoothly, fairly, and in accordance with legal procedures.
4. Tender Consultancy and Contract Management

We take part in the preparation of complete tender dossiers and specific technical specifications (BOQ), and the commercial and technical evaluation of the collected bids (Bid Evaluation). By creating 4D simulations that integrate the field construction sequence and the master schedule into the model, we resolve time and space clashes while still in the digital environment. Furthermore, using Autodesk Docs, we establish a cloud-based, uninterrupted Common Data Environment (CDE) between the site and the head office, putting an end to document clutter.
